These Terms govern your use of InfinityAIPro. By creating an account or connecting a trading account, you agree to them.
InfinityAIPro licenses automated trading software (the "EA") to you for use on your own server or VPS. We are a software licensing service. We are not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, fund manager, or money transmitter. We never take custody of, control, or have access to your trading capital or broker login credentials — your funds remain in your own account, with your own broker, at all times.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use trading and payment services in your country of residence. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of this service, and trading with your chosen broker, is lawful where you live.
Each connected account (account number + broker) receives a unique, non-transferable license key bound to that account only. Reusing a license across accounts, or reconnecting an account with unpaid dues under a different profile, is prohibited and will result in the account being blocked.
We charge a profit-share fee — a percentage of realized trading profit, billed on a recurring cycle — instead of any upfront license fee. Full billing mechanics (rates, cycle length, grace periods, advance credit) are described in the Platform Rules shown during onboarding and in your dashboard.
Users may earn a percentage of a referred user's matured profit-share payments. Referral payouts require a one-time identity verification before the first withdrawal. Referral rewards are not a security, investment return, or guarantee of any kind — they are a marketing commission.
We may pause or terminate a license for non-payment past the grace period, fraud, abuse, providing false account information, or violation of these Terms. Pausing an account never force-closes your open trading positions — it only prevents the EA from opening new ones.

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfinityAIPro is not liable for trading losses, broker actions, server downtime on your own infrastructure, or indirect damages arising from use of the EA.
We may update these Terms and the Platform Rules from time to time. Material changes require you to re-accept them before continuing to use the service.
